For such a small child it is going to be somewhere between 12 to 16 or 14 I believe so right now your child is maintaining good amount of haemoglobin in the body it is not less that we can complain about it if you want you can also start with an iron supplement consult consulting your doctor and you can also give Iron eat food and fruits like beetroot pomegranate black rice green leafy vegetables these are highly rich and Iron
