augmentin duo suspension powder water is added only till first line. 15ml of less water was added and bymistakenly taken for 4 days?? will it cause any issue? or any side effect?

A. You have given the concentrated dose and also not will not be complete dose for treatment of four days as your medicine must have finished early so talk to your doctor
