A. this is atopic dermatitis the thing about atopic dermatitis is that you have to apply moisturizing lotion as well as coconust oil or any type of moisturizing lotion again and again on the skin and then only the prdoblem will decrease. this condition is only controlled and will decrease with increasing age of the child. your target is that whenever you see that the skin of the child has again become dry then again apply moisturizing lotion so that full 24 hours moisturizing is present on the skin of the child then only this problem will be controlled and then cured.
