hi...in my toddler hand I can see kind of bubbles ..as attached in the picture.. please help me clear what it is..image attached

It’s looking like some kind of an allergy or infection but more like an infection it is at one place right now but without a physical assessment I cannot give you clarity about what can be the situation so you should definitely consult your doctor one time
