#Askthexperts i am lactating mother of a 3 month old baby...i want to join a gym to get rid of the extra kilos i have put on during pregnancy...can i join a gym while i am lactating?

A. Yes of course you can start working out even if you’re breast-feeding but make sure that you keep yourself well hydrated. Also don’t do any portion control if you’re exclusively breast-feeding your baby.
