A. The discoloration can be due to either iron supplements or due to chromogenic bacteria. or can be due to cavities. please visit a periodontist and get the teeth examined and if treatment required get it done

A. Hello Ma’am There could be various reasons behind it one is the north from maintaining proper oral hygiene the other could be some deficiency or some cavity or some other issue into the teeth but for a proper and a definite answer it would be best for you to consult a child dentist
