my 3.5 year old son fell down earlier and now his one tooth is becoming discoloured what should i do

this discoloration of kids milk teeth is due to infection resulting from trauma.
consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the traumatized milk teeth
