NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello in summer the childhood keep on drinking fluid to keep itself hydrated and the stomach gets filled with fluid and appetite can be low and due to the heat also the child may not be able to eat well so nothing to worry try giving small portions frequently
