give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly .

Olive oil would be a good choice to go for so you can start applying that on a regular basis twice a day in the beginning and if you have a more time then you can do it thrice a day also and continue with at least twice a day that would be handy to strengthen the bones
