A. hi, to improve hb level give iron rich foodll like-Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.

A. Beetroot pomegranate spinach and broccoli other richest source of iron a natural substitute so u can go ahead with giving these things to your child on an every day basis as that’s completely healthy and good for the child
