shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear most of the tablets are not safe during the pregnancy so I will not suggest you to take any random tablet like this you should definitely consult with your doctor before taking that otherwise you should take steam at least 3 times in a day and have warm liquid like warm soups
