Dr will tell after examination in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

Any antibiotic if you want to go ahead with your doctor is only going to advise you we cannot tell you which antibiotics are safe to go ahead with so whatever problem you’re facing you will have to cross check with your doctor for any antibiotic that you want to go ahead with
