A. diet modification is the most important key to loose extra fat as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help.ujc thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months hafter your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

A. Hello dear parent, since you've had c-section delivery, it is best to wait for 6 months before beginning with any kind of exercise and that too after proper consultation with your gynecologist and initially under supervision if possible. Try to start with light exercises only. Instead, you can include doing household chores in your routine, and make walking at least for 30 mins. as a part of your daily routine if possible.

A. Hello dear parent! You can start strenuous exercise regularly after 6 months completion. Consult your doctor before starting to exercise. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
