Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi after delivery ,till 45 days ,take enough rest. don't sit or stand for long period. have Healthy and nutritious diet. take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day wear loose fitting Cotton clothes keep the area (surgery scars ) clean. drink plenty of water.
