A. Hi parent Hormonal Imbalance as well as malnutrition are prime causes. You may use ayurvedic remedies to get proper lactation You may consult lactation expert as well. You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks.(ayurvedic) Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
