ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give lukewarm water and milk with honey and avoid exposure to cold air or smoke or dust

Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture
Give turmeric milk twice daily
Take a good care
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious diet
