#asktheexperts we had twin baby. milk is not sufficient for even single baby. we are using galact powder to increase the milk. is there any other way to increase even more

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening you may continue using the Powder and apart from that I would recommend you to our milk and milk products roasted makhana you can also try to include oatmeal and dry fruits in your diet
