#AskTheExpert My baby is 4 month old and my feeding is not sufficient for him. so can I take Galact powder and Lactare tablets to increase the milk?

A. good morning yes definitely you can take these things apart from that I would recommend you to try to have milk and Milk products and you can have garlic oatmeal fenugreek leaves to improve milk production
