#asktheexperts we are giving ragi malt to my twins baby per day 3time now 5month 24days bcz of insufficient of milk.can you tell it's fine to her health pls suggest me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good to give it once a day.. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.o.k.
