I have introduced ragi malt to my 5month old twin babies they are not poop daily 2 to3time per day it's normal plz suggest and they are body is normal head is very hot my it's happening

Give solid food after six months
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
It will correct soon
