Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Take sunbath daily Don't wash your hair frequently Comb it gently. Walk more Don't use RO water for drinking , packaged and processed food use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
