once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

please offer plenty of breastfeeds
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
And please strictly follow your doctor's advice.
it is very important because he or she knows well about your child health more.
