It seems that your child is 3 month old , if it’s normal delivery then u can start with small walks and slowly workout
If c section then wait for 6 months to complete
Include ginger, garlic, fresh fruits and vegetables, oats, green tea, chia seeds and alsi in the diet
Always start your meal with salad and glass of water
Include 10-12 glass water
Reduce white sugar, extra salt, fried food and sweet in the diet
