#asktheexperts perhaps my baby suffering gas problem as she is not wishing to eat and vomiting.

if no improvement, than it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

So if the problem is much severe for the child then in this case I can only advise you that you should be getting a check with your doctor in the first place Till help you with the right kind of medicine that you can offer to the child as of now which is going to help in reduction of the problem and posted the situations are going to be favourable for you
