#asktheexperts My son is premature baby.. and he is suffering from vomiting, gas and constipation.. he is on formula.. what should I do.?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of thhe gut . formula feed or early introduchtion of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
