#asktheexperts Need to increase breast milk supply. Breast milk is not sufficient for my baby even after 30 mins of breast feeding. and baby refusing breast when hungry and sleepy

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 days agoA. Shatavari is a good lactation supplement which you can use as of now you can take it three times in the day with warm milk and that’s definitely going to be helpful in increasing your lactation along with that focus on a good diet and plenty of fluids
