#asktheexperts my son will turn 7 months old on 12th Feb, but he doesn't eat any kind of meal( fruits, dal, rice, veggies,) what to do? I tried Cerelac though, still he spit everything.

A. Namaste Mom Some babies take time, start one thing at a time , in small quantities say a few tsp, initially with liquid consistency , then gradually to semi solid and then to soft foods , add variety and flavours
