#asktheexperts my son who is gonna turn 2 years in feb not drinking much water wat should i do he doesnt like juices also !!?

Hello mom Liquids are very important, give him juicy fruits otherwise and also liquids in form of dal , vegetable soups , porridge, etc also you can opt for coconut water , curds , buttermilk, you can get a water bottle for her and give her and ask to a small sips throughout the day
