the meals that you give your child should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg.
vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits.
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts and dry fruits.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
add ghee to baby's food.
