Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for vtv 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination required.

Siri right now the weather is not favourable at all so it could be due to weather also I am certain times it could be due to some kind of an allergy as well so this is something that you’ll have to figure out after getting an allergy test done for your childWrite Your Answer Here
