Diet :- it is advisable to continuee our efforts in feeding the child will stop many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child but at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite
DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child.
YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD.
Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity.
you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive.
Also it is very important to ruule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

Give easily digestible homemade foods like vegetable soups, vegetable khichadi, curd rice, upma, idli, fresh fruits and fruit juices. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. If the problem persists consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
