#asktheexperts Hi, my daughter is 1 year 3 months old. She eats mashed food only. I give her roti with sabzi mashed. She has 4 teeths, still she don eat solid food. Is it fine to eat mashed food coz she is not gaining weight. 100 gm per month only.

A. Hi kids can chew food with the help of back teeth.. don't worry and wait till the eruption process of back teeth..and during the teething phase kids suffer from loss of appetite
