avoid giving heavy snacks before meal time
avoid high fat , sugar containing food it reduces appetite n interest in healty home food
encourage physical activity

Your child in this age should have proper breakfast lunch and dinner from time to time if your child is not eating well then I would suggest you to include more of physical activities into the child every day diet swimming badminton basketball anything which will help in increasing the appetite over the period
