Q.

#asktheexperts my preterm twins were born 730 grams and 510 grams. stayed in NICU for 3 months. now my elder girl was discharged. since this is cold season how could we protect them

A. it is is very important to cover the child well during winter. whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warmm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally.

A. in this case you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner angd later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance
