ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 days agoA. dear parent , what is the wt , ht of your child ? if there is deficiency of nutrients like iron it can affect appetite consult doctor give meals along with family for child to see n learn , let her eat byself milk / milk product intake shd not b more than 300 ml
