Q.
#asktheexperts my daughter wants to eat the fixed menu what she eats. her breakfast, lunch snacks dinner is fixed and she wants to and eat the same food everyday. I have tried other menus but she is resistant to try , and even after trial she says I don't and I don't want to. I try to manage nutrition mixing different things in the same menu. but is this ok that she eats same menu every day ?
