Bonnisan you can give approximately 10 to the child it could be associated with stomach pain which is common to be seen in this age which is usually termed as eveningcoilic so this would be a very good medicine which you can easily use about 10 drops one time maximum four times in the day and every day if needed only if you did a sis medicine
