#asktheexperts My daughter is 9 months old and has been having hard stools. Her diet includes boiled papaya, boiled carrot, boiled potato, a little roti, NAN Pro 2, boiled rice, and boiled dal. Despite this, she sometimes passes very hard stools, and they are so hard that they cause bleeding.

A. Stop boiling fruits dear mom and give fruits addict to the baby so grate papaya directly and feed the baby and do one thing soak one tog overnight and on morning give it yo baby yo eat and give liquids like soups coconut water

A. Just give more of fluids in the diet along with the food that you’re giving and please do not steam or boil the fruits that you are giving vegetables of course you can steam but not the fruits papaya supposed to be given in the regular manner as it is
