#asktheexperts my daughter is 50 days old. during her vaccination (after birth given after 7 days) BCG which was given in her right shoulder - yesterday there was puss formed in that area. I removed it - so just wanted to know whether I need to show it to doc since puss was formed almost after 40 days now or should I apply dermez n wait

That is actually a very common thing to be seen after a BCG vaccination if you have cleaned it and there is no further infection in that case there is no need to visit the doctor if you see infection is again starting to build up then in that case it would be good for you to consult the doctor for further assistance
