#asktheexperts My children is 7 years now ..she frequently get cold and fever . I used to give her the prescribed medications, antibiotics etc.. Finally moved to homeopathy now the frequency is less but she very soon catches cold fever etc ..How to build immunity so that she frequently doesn't catch all of them

For cough and cold steam can be given as a home remedy for now and also you can start giving some cough syrup like asthakind LS but if the problem is more and there is some breathing difficult then consult a nearby doctor for this .
