It’s a normal issue some kids have these kind of an issue there is nothing wrong with it you just have to give regular counselling to the child and have to make your child understand that hands will get dirty but then you have to clean your hands it’s basically a phobia can be commonly seen with kids some of the other phobia is common so you can take a help from a child counsellor as well
