#asktheexperts My boy is 4 months and 11 days old and wants to sit all the time with our support. is it ok to allow him to sit?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can make the child sit with support after completion of 5 months of age. the thing is that the back of the child should be well supported aloxng with the head as well as the bottom of the child. after making the child sit if you see that the child is uncomfortable then kindly avoid sitting of the child again for at least one to two weeks

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can make the baby sit with support no problem in that. Please massage baby with BabyHug coconut oil. Also use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Use a good brand moisturiser like BabyHug moisturiser or MamaEarth moisturiser for the baby. Also use a good brand sunscreen lotion for the baby. Thanks and take care
