#asktheexperts my baby is not drinking much water. is it necessary for the baby to drink water if she is getting enough milk?

A. Dear parent, at the age of 10 months, you can give few sips of water in between and after meals. Breast milk and food also contain water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby. If baby is passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours and urine is colourless or light yellow in colour then baby is getting adequate hydration.
