#asktheexperts my baby is 9 month old , she is not drinking water at all. what is the minimum quantity of water she should take?

A. she can take 60 to 75 ml of water per day, You may try with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

A. Offer water frequently to the child specially when you are drinking..Drinking water in front of your child, encourage them to imitate you. Offer water regularly, especially right when they wake up in the morning and after active play. Offer coconut water or ors water then baby will consume water. If they refuse, incorporate hydrating foods like cucumbers or watermelon
