RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl1 day agoA. If you’re giving it like a SOS medicine when the child is crying due to stomach pain and you are giving a medicine during that time then it is not a problem but if you are giving it just regularly in the night before sleeping then you should avoid that
