#asktheexperts my baby is 7 months old!He started complimentary kitchen food when he was 6 months old!but he doesn't drink enough water!what should i do to make him drink water?how much water does require for 7 months old baby!please suggest!

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. its fine.. after starting solids, give very little amoubt of water.. at this age u can give approximstely 45 ml water a day. and try with spoon, sipper, feeder.
