#asktheexperts my baby is 7 month , I am a working mom and my milk supply is decreasing what to do

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. start weaning foods you can also start formula feed To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

with time milk supply will start to reduce.
Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm.
If ur breast milk is not enough for the baby then u can start giving formula milk to ur baby.
