#asktheexperts My baby is 6 months old and exclusively breastfed. He breastfeeds every 2 hours or on demand, but he has very little interest in solid foods. Should I continue breastfeeding on demand, or should I adjust the feeding frequency? What foods and feeding schedule would you recommend at this age?

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist3 days agoA. dear parent , after 6 mth complete begin top food it takes time for baby to accept new food inaddition to breastmilk start few teaspoon 1-2 times a day then increase to 3 times let baby regulate amount breastmilk still portant source of nutrition
