Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 5months old. my breastmilk has greatly reduced. kindly help.. I tried galact and consuming a lot of water and milk already.

A. now take dhootpapeshwar shatavari kalp granules 1 & 1/2 teaspoon twice with milk, try for breastfeeding Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.

Q. hello, one week after my daughter birth my c section area got infected and doctor prescribed some antibiotic.now I have recovered from infection but I observed that bm has reduced a lot that is not sufficient to fill my baby need. Dr adviced me to continue galact powder but there is not much improvement and i have to feed my baby formula product. kindly suggest if there any side of consuming galact powder more than one month.
