Q.

I am a mother of 10 month old baby...my milk supply is reduced a lot...can I take galact powder? will it cause any side effects..I have pcod . .

A. Yes you can have galact powder for increasing breast milk or you can have shatavari powder which ayurvedic and helps to increase breastmilk too. For pcod you can ask with your doctor
